At National Fire Armour, our system designers, project managers and engineers come with a wealth of experience and knowledge assuring you of a professional, effective and reliable solution whatever the high hazard environment requiring fire suppression. Foam fire suppression systems are typically utilised for the protection of such high hazard environments as:
Within a foam fire suppression system a low viscosity foam (AFFF) concentrate is stored in a bladder tank and mixed together with water via a proportioning device at a ratio dependent upon the hazard. When the fire detection system is activated this in turn activates the main controlling valve of the foam system initiating the flow of the foam and water mixture into the installation pipework. This mixture is then discharged through nozzle devices at a high velocity to cover the protected area giving swift coverage over large areas of operation.
National Fire Armour provides system design, supply, installation and servicing for foam fire suppression systems, to request a quotation please contact us. If you are unsure of your requirements and would like to have a no obligation discussion please contact us.
